Health Care

Karya has always been supportive of affordable healthcare for the underprivileged. We started making a difference in the health sector by associating with various programs by helping generate funds to support initiatives for underprivileged children with congenital and acquired heart disease. During the COVID-19 pandeminc we got an opportunity to work with additional initiatives like 10bed-ICU and Mobile-Clinics, which work on taking the healtcare facilities including medical personnel to the patients at the ground level.

Cure a little heart

Karya collaborates with Cure a little Heart Foundation, as a part of its youth club programs. Karya has been at the forefront in educating public at large about the extent of the probnlem of congenital and acquired heart diseases in the rural parts of Andhra Pradesh, India. Karya has been instrumental in contextualizing the vital role of the foundation in bringing humanitarian solution and aid to the underpriviliged children.

The 10-Bed-ICU project is a PPP (Private-Public Partnership project), it relies on the scale and mandate of the government with the agility, financing and execution capability of the private entities to respond and deliver rapidly.

Mobile Clinic

Mobile clinics offer flexible and viable options for treating isolated and vulnerable groups as well as to newly displaced populations. When coordinating crisis response, the mobile health care teams to go by foot, bike, moto, boat or vehicle.
